User Agreement

Welcome to ChatMe! Before using ChatMe services, please read this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") carefully. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, please do not use ChatMe services.

1.Terms of Use

·Service Description: ChatMe is an instant messaging platform that allows users to send messages, pictures, videos, and other files, make voice and video calls, etc.

·Account Registration: To use all features of ChatMe, you need to register an account. You must provide true, accurate, and complete information, and update this information to maintain its accuracy.

·Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including keeping your password and other login information confidential. If you discover or suspect that your account has been used without authorization, please notify us immediately.

·User Conduct: You agree not to use ChatMe for any illegal or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to sending spam, spreading viruses or malware, infringing others' intellectual property or privacy rights, etc.

2.Content Ownership

·User Content: You are responsible for the content you send or share through ChatMe, and you warrant that you own or have obtained the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use and distribute these contents.

·License Grant: By posting or sharing content on ChatMe, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to copy, distribute, display, and perform the content, solely for the purpose of providing and improving ChatMe services.

·Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove or refuse to distribute any content at any time for any reason (including but not limited to receiving an infringement notice).

3.Privacy Policy

Your privacy is very important to us. Our Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using ChatMe, you agree to the processing of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.Disclaimer

ChatMe is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, nor do we guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the results obtained through the service.

5.Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ChatMe or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

6.Changes to the Service and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate ChatMe services (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. You agree that ChatMe shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or termination of the service.

7.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any dispute related to this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration and conducted in Phnom Penh.

8.Miscellaneous

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding ChatMe services and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
