ChatMe provides group upgrade services, allowing users to upgrade ordinary groups to enterprise-certified groups or advanced gaming groups. Different types of groups enjoy different features and privileges.

Article 2: Group Types and Features

1. Ordinary Groups:

   • Default basic group functions.

2. Enterprise-Certified Groups:

   • Annual fee of USD 10,000.

   • Must complete the enterprise certification process.

   • After certification, higher member limits and more customized services are available.

3. Advanced Gaming Groups:

   • Annual fee of USD 10,000.

   • Must complete the certification process.

   • After certification, higher member limits and more customized services are available, suitable for high-demand gaming communities.

Article 3: Upgrade Process

1. Users can choose to upgrade ordinary groups to enterprise-certified groups or advanced gaming groups.

2. After submitting the upgrade application, it must pass the ChatMe platform certification process.

3. Upon approval, the upgrade is successful.

Article 4: Fees and Payment

1. Annual Fee Payment:

   • The group upgrade service adopts an annual fee system, with a specific amount of USD 10,000.

   • The service is valid for one year after payment, calculated from the payment date.

2. Payment Methods:

   • Users can complete the annual fee payment through the payment channels provided by the ChatMe platform.

3. Refund Policy:

   • Annual fee payments are non-refundable. Users are advised to consider carefully before payment.

   • For special needs, please contact official customer service for resolution.

Article 5: User Support

If users encounter any problems during use or have special refund needs, they can contact ChatMe official customer service.

Article 6: Compliance Instructions

Users must comply with the relevant regulations of the ChatMe platform and ensure that group behaviors are legal and compliant.

Article 7: Agreement Modification

1. ChatMe has the right to adjust and modify the content of this agreement based on actual conditions.

2. The modified agreement takes effect immediately upon publication, and users are advised to check the latest agreement regularly.

Article 8: Disclaimer

1. ChatMe is not responsible for any loss caused by user reasons, including but not limited to payment errors, account issues, etc.

2. Users must bear the consequences of violating this agreement themselves.
