ChatMe Premium ID Terms of Service
Welcome to the ChatMe Premium ID Service! To protect your rights, please read and fully understand the following terms before using or retaining a Premium ID ("ID"). By using or keeping a Premium ID, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Chapter 1: Definition and Use of Premium ID
1.1 Definition A Premium ID refers to a unique user ID on the ChatMe platform featuring special character combinations (e.g., repetition, sequential, or symmetrical patterns) that are rare and distinctive.
1.2 Benefits Users who hold a Premium ID enjoy greater recognition and personalized display. The platform may also offer exclusive privileges or activity invitations to Premium ID holders.
Chapter 2: Application and Purchase
2.1 Eligibility Applicants must be registered ChatMe users with accounts in good standing and no serious violations.
2.2 Purchase Method Premium IDs can be purchased through the platform’s ID mall. Prices vary depending on rarity and type. Some Premium IDs may only be available through auctions or by invitation.
2.3 Types Premium IDs are categorized into Standard, Advanced, and Prestige levels. The platform reserves the right to classify and price IDs based on predefined rules.
Chapter 3: Usage Rules
3.1 Binding Once purchased, a Premium ID can only be bound to the buyer’s current account and, in principle, cannot be transferred or traded. If transfer functionality is later enabled, the platform will issue separate guidelines.
3.2 Modification Once a Premium ID is set, it cannot be freely modified. Changes require specific conditions to be met and may incur additional fees.
3.3 Usage Obligations Users must not use Premium IDs for illegal, improper, or fraudulent activities. If such use is reported and verified, the platform reserves the right to revoke the ID without refund.
Chapter 4: Retention and Repossession
4.1 Inactivity If an account remains inactive or unused for more than 6 months, the platform may issue a warning and reclaim the Premium ID.
4.2 Violations If a Premium ID is used for scams, impersonation, or community disruption, the platform may immediately revoke the ID without compensation.
4.3 Special Circumstances Under legal requirements or government orders, the platform reserves the right to adjust or revoke certain Premium ID rights.
Chapter 5: Refunds and Liability
5.1 Refund Policy Once a Premium ID is purchased, no refund will be granted unless the platform fails to provide the service or the ID has significant issues.
5.2 Service Responsibility The platform will strive to maintain stable Premium ID services. However, it is not liable for indirect or consequential losses due to force majeure or technical limitations.
Chapter 6: Supplementary Provisions
6.1 Terms Update The platform may revise these Terms as needed for operational purposes. Users will be notified via announcements or internal messages. If you disagree with the changes, please stop using the Premium ID service immediately.
6.2 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the platform’s operating jurisdiction. In case of disputes, both parties should seek amicable resolution. If unsuccessful, either party may file a claim with the court where the platform is located.
